Para uma esfoliação suave do rosto
Máscara de aveia
Ingredientes:
¼ de copo de aveia inteira;
Óleo de coco ou óleo de amêndoas doces q.b.
Preparação e utilização:
Triturar a aveia inteira até ficar um granulado fino;
Colocar numa taça e misturar o óleo escolhido até obter uma pasta macia;
Aplicar no rosto com movimentos circulares e retirar no final lavando abundantemente com água.
Para desintoxicar o rosto
Máscara detox
Ingredientes:
1 colher de sopa de café instantâneo ou em grãos (para triturar);
1 colher de sopa de cacau em pó;
1 colher de iogurte vegetal ou azeite;
1 colher de óleo de coco (opcional).
Preparação e utilização:
Juntar todos os ingredientes numa taça e misturar até fazer uma pasta;
Aplicar no rosto e deixar atuar durante 15 minutos;
Lavar o rosto abundantemente com água morna no final.
E agora o miminho para a vossa pele!
Máscara para uma pele radiante
Ingredientes:
2 colheres de sopa de abacate (esmagado);
1 colher de sopa de banana madura (esmagada);
1 colher de chá de azeite;
1 colher de chá de sumo de laranja.
Preparação e utilização:
Juntar todos os ingredientes numa taça e misturar até obter uma pasta macia;
Aplicar no rosto e deixar atuar durante 15 minutos e lavar depois abundantemente com água morna;
Aplicar o seu creme hidratante de rosto no final ou, se sair após fazer a máscara, aplicar protetor solar.
